Tired, sleepy Joseph improves at national swim meet, but...

Joseph Schooling returned to the local swimming arena yesterday at the Singapore National Swimming Championships, where he clocked 1min 58.21secs to win the 200m butterfly race.

His effort was two seconds off his personal best time of 1:56.67, though an imporvement from his disappointing showing at the London Olympics.

A tired-looking Joseph said he was looking forward to time away from the pool after the Championships conclude this Sunday.
