Top US housing exec resigns after affair with S’porean

Until last month, Ms Audrey Lim Suat Hui was a high-ranking executive in the US, working as the director of special projects at the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA).

But the Singaporean woman – who reportedly has two masters degrees and a doctorate from Penn State University – made headlines when her alleged affair with former PHA chief Michael P. Kelly (above) was made public.

According to the Philadelphia Daily News, Mr Kelly, 58, who is married with three children, has admitted that his sudden resignation on June 15 was prompted by the revelation of his affair with Ms Lim.
