HIS WAS the toughest of the lot.

That's what The New Paper infographics journalist Chng Choong Hiong said about drawing former People's Action Party chairman Lim Boon Heng's portrait.

Mr Chng's creations were given as gifts of appreciation to 22 MPs from the PAP who had retired after May's General Election along with PAP's Hougang grassroots adviser Eric Low.
