MANCHESTER United captain Nemanja Vidic will be leading his club again next season.
The centre-back's agent Silvano Martina has rubbished rumours linking him with a move to Italy.
Martina said: "He is a player everybody wants. I spoke to him about a hypothetical transfer and he responded like this: 'I am the Manchester United captain, I earn good money, I have won practically everything, why should I leave for Italy when Italian football is going through a turbulent moment?'
"His answer clears up any doubts. He stays where he is."
Vidic, 29, lead the Red Devils to a record 19th title last season, while helping them reach the UEFA Champions League final and made more league starts than any other Manchester United player.
His manager Sir Alex Ferguson - who has guided the club to two European Cups - will be boosted by the news.
