For an industry that generally follows tried and proven formulas, it’s always a calculated risk to add a new member (or two) into the mix.

Director Barry Sonnenfeld is the latest courageous man who dared to shake things up.

In Men In Black 3, which opens here today (May 24), the 59-year-old – who also helmed the earlier two sequels – took a gamble and change his prized Will Smith/Tommy Lee Jones pairing.

He added Josh Brolin to the mix.
