Who is the mystery IT executive in sex-for-business corruption case?

She was the centre of attention when news that the former Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) chiefs had been arrested first broke in January this year.

The woman, whom The New Paper was the first to shine the spotlight on, set the Singapore online world alight as netizens tried to find out who she was. Several sites even had pictures which they claimed were of the woman.

The Straits Times later reported that the IT executive was an employee of an American multinational software company and is married with a kid.

She was nowhere to be seen when former head of SCDF Peter Benedict Lim Sin Pang, 52, was charged with corruption on Wednesday.

So who is she? Did she blow the whistle? Will she be a witness? Will she be charged?
