On Day 4 of the Committee of Inquiry’s public hearing on the two train service breakdowns, two Operations Control Centre officers and four train drivers described how they handled the situation on Dec 15.
If you were to measure what they said in terms of smiles and frowns, the frowns win.
One driver was praised for how he handled the situation and another driver was chastised.

Do not blame the driver
Do not blame the driver always and they need to follow the instruction from the main control station or supervisor before the driver can act for safety purpose . Safety first is important in our life. In this life nobody is perfect.
