Track enthusiasts around the world, including American legend Michael Johnson, no less, continue to talk about whether Usain Bolt can run the 100 in 9.4 seconds or finish the 200 in less than 19 (his current world records are 9.58 and 19.19).

Imagine their surprise when Bolt finished a surprising second to his training partner, Yohan Blake, in both the 100 and 200 at the Jamaican Olympic trialsin Kingston last week.

Recent visit to top sports doctor in Munich has sparked worries over the fitness of the Olympic Games' biggest icon, as whispers continue over the 25-year-old’s physical condition and whether he will be able to defend the three gold medals he won at the 2008 Beijing Olympics at this year’s London Games.

The world will have to wait until the preliminary heats of the 100m on Aug 4 to see where Bolt really stands.
