Bananas, pirates, creepy dolls - the best costumes from the Halloween Parade in Tokyo
Some 2,500 people pulled out all the stops in this year's Halloween Parade in Tokyo, hoping to win the annual 100,000 yen (S$1,180) award for the parade's best costume.
Costumes inspired by movies proved popular - bandanna-wearing men from Pirates of the Caribbean, a walking Scream mask, the three-eyed aliens from Toy Story and many more were spotted in the crowd.
DJs and celebrities were also on hand for the parade, along with 100,000 visitors.
