Demi Lovato credits Kim K and Beyonce for redefining beauty
Skinny isn't all that beautiful after all.
Demi Lovato is crediting US pop diva Beyonce, 32, and the (what exactly does she do?) paparazzi addict, Kim Kardashian, 33, for helping to redefine the standard of beauty for women everywhere.
The Skyscraper singer told Access Hollywood that the driving force behind embracing one's curvy figure for her and many other women around the world goes to the pair who made the road to body confidence easier.
"I really credit women like Beyonce and Kim Kardashian, (they) completely revolutionised what our generation's perception of what beautiful is and I really think that they had a huge impact on that," the 22-year-old star said.
"When I was growing up and when I was a pre-teen, the people that I had to look up to (for) body image (were) extremely underweight. (They) were all very bony at that time and that was the in thing."
So ladies, flaunt those curves - any fool can drive straight but it takes an expert to handle curves.
