Her take on red carpet fashion has covered everything from demure to thigh-revealing and cleavage-focused.
The 22-year-old has often drawn criticism, for her outfits. Not least because she is still a role model for girls of various ages.
But the reveal of her cover for V Magazine has caused some concern.
People are questioning is she has gone too far?
The baby-faced singer/actress appears topless on the magazine cover and is dressed only in tiny shorts. Her hair in curls, many have tweeted to say the make-up ( with highly accentuated eyelashes) plays a major part in making her look much younger than her years . Other pictures from the shoot show her waering child-like bows and cowboy hats adding to the "playing dress-up" theme.
A number of comments hinge on one word in particular - Lolita.
