It's everyone's favourite political anti-hero, Frank Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey, from the hit Netflix TV series House of Cards.
A video was released by the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation to celebrate Bill Clinton's birthday.
Spacey effortlessly slips into that familiar southern accent as Underwood prank calls Hillary Clinton and pretends to be her husband.
He then tricks her into revealing what she got for his 68th birthday.
She replies, in what could possibly be a sly nod toward media speculation about her 2016 presidential bid: "I told you this is a very personal decision that I will make when I'm ready."
