Fans of Sumiya Charcoal Grill Izakaya (Orchard Central, #12-02) now have more options on the menu.
A new item is the Can Can Mushi (from $24.80) with live scallops, prawns and oysters steamed in a homemade dashi broth with Japanese sake.
Another new offering is the buri kama curry (yellowtail cheek curry). Inspired by our local fish head curry, it is available at an introductory price of $24.80.
