Matt Damon uses toilet water for ice bucket challenge
He was challenged by his best friend Ben Affleck to complete the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge to raise funds for the ALS Association.
There was just one problem.
The Bourne Identity actor Matt Damon is actually the co-founder of Water.org, an organisation that aims to provide aid to developing countries access to safe drinking water and sanitation," Contact Music reported.
That means using clean water would go against an organisation he is devoted to supporting.
Fret not. He, eventually, found a solution and this is how he did it.
Yes that's right. He used toilet water.
In his Ice Bucket Challenge video, Matt Damon says that he was "collecting water from the different toilets in the house" to fill his bucket of ice.
He then admits that his wife of nine years, Luciana Barroso, said "it was disgusting".
Once he collected enough water, he headed to the backyard in his home and dumped the whole bucket over his head.
You've got to give this man credit for originality.
