Lovato wants a break from music
Lovatics, brace yourselves.
Demi Lovato has announced that she will be taking a break from music next year.
The US singer saidin a tweet yesterday that she is "not meant for this business". She also mentioned being excited about the break.
Although this is her first break from music, it is not the 24-year-old's first major public hiatus.
Lovato announced this year that she would be leaving social media and she deleted her accounts - for about 24 hours, and then she returned.
The recent tweet, however, came right after she was slammed on Twitter over several comments she made about US singer Taylor Swift, namely on how she did not agree with Swift's brand of feminism.
Lovato is embarking on the international leg of her Future Now tour.

The couple, who have been married for nearly 20 years, are signed on as Key Advisers on the current season of US reality singing competition show, The Voice.
Said Hill in a statement: "I think having the perspective of performing live in many different venues, from clubs to stadiums, will help us in working with The Voice artists this season.
"It's important that they be able to connect with their audience."
