Haute couture that ain't that hot

Paris Fashion Week may be upon us, but all we're getting is haute couture that ain't that hot

MARGOT ROBBIE (B+)

Premiere of The Legend Of Tarzan in London

Gown: Miu Miu

This would've been a solid A - and way more sexy - if she lost the nude illusion netting at the sides, but the art deco embellishments save it. I hope the It Girl of 2016 finds her perfect dress soon.

NAOMI CAMPBELL (B)

Atelier Versace 2016-2017 Fall/Winter couture show at Paris Fashion Week in Paris

Dress: Atelier Versace

Her hair game is on point, and she is defying time like only a supermodel can by rocking that cool multi-coloured beaded mini with matching bomber jacket. It is like the 90s all over again.

ALEXA CHUNG (B-)

Premiere of The Legend Of Tarzan in London

Dress: Alessandra Rich

Frog buttons with a Peter Pan collar is such a weird combination, but it is also right smack in Chung's quirky vintage wheelhouse. Which means she is just about pulling it off.

WILLOW SMITH (C+)

Chanel 2016-2017 Fall/Winter couture show at Paris Fashion Week in Paris

Top, pants and shoes: Chanel

Teal may be her colour but I'm sick of the way she forces her fashionista status down our throats by way of nepotism. That literally makes me gag.

LIL' KIM (D)

Ralph & Russo Fall 2016 couture show at Paris Fashion Week in Paris

Bodysuit and coat: Ralph & Russo

Shoes: Christian Louboutin

It is a sad day when the phrases Lil' Kim (plus her brand new face) and Paris Fashion Week are in the same sentence. What is sadder is she thinks she is going to a slumber party.

MOST IMPROVED

ALICIA VIKANDER

The Oscar-winning actress' Met Gala mixed-textured get-up was so shockingly bad, anything after that would be automatic redemption. Yes, even a twee pinafore prairie dress that makes me think of cow hide.

Costume Institute Gala in New York City, May 2

Dress and shoes: Louis Vuitton

Premiere of Jason Bourne in Sydney, July 3

Gown: Rodarte
