Filipino maids to cost more

I refer to the Newpaper report dated 12/09/12 & was unhappy to see the rise in Maid Fees for Filipino Maids. First it was the increase for Indonesia Maids,now Filipino,what's next? Our Goverment is encouraging couples to get married, have more babies but maid fees keep rising. How does this encourage mothers to have more kids, having a maid is not a luxury for most mothers but a neccesity. This may further cause more singles to reconsider married, let alone have babies. On one hand Goverment give baby Bonus to encourage couples to have more kids & on the other hand it's discouraging to see the increases in Maid Fees. I certainly hope this increase in Maid fees should stop & moreover it's not like we're getting all experienced maids. Getting them trained & adjusted to the life here, homesick maids are all something the employers have to also deal with & it's not easy on their part either.
