If you're feeling unfit and out of shape, just remember this - it's never too late to start.
Meet 64-year-old Robert Durbin from Louisville, Kentucky, who, at the tender young age of 56, decided it was time to start losing some weight.
So he started going to the gym.
Eight years later, Durbin, who has an Instagram account under the handle of rockhardpapaw, is completely ripped - six-pack abs included.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to the gym to try and pass my IPPT...
