WATCH: Boy gets prosthetic based on Star Wars trooper arm
It is a dream many boys have - to have a super cool Star Wars-themed robot arm in place of a boring regular one.
For Liam Porter though, said super cool robot arm is his chance to have something close to a normal life.
The seven-year-old, who is missing his left arm from the elbow down, was presented with a 3D-printed prosthetic arm based on the design of a Star Wars clone trooper by John Peterson - the kind soul who crafted the arm - along with members of the Georgia garrison of Star Wars cosplayer group, the 501st Legion.
After strapping on the prosthetic, Liam was able to test out his new arm by picking up a cup - something that his previous "deadweight" prosthetic didn't allow him to do.
It's a heartwarming moment - filled with a whole lot of Star Wars awesome.
