WATCH: The world's first production-ready flying car
Developed in Slovakia, the AeroMobil 3.0, the world's first production-ready flying car, was unveiled at the Pioneers festival in Vienna on last week (Oct 29).
The sleek transformer has been designed to travel in road traffic and fit into parking space.
Able to transform from an automobile to a plane in seconds, the "Flying Roadster" boasts a neat steel framework and carbon-fibre body.
It's Rotax 912 engine runs on unleaded petrol and can hit speeds just exceeding 160kph on road and 200kph on air.
It has a maximum altitude of 9,800 feet and has a maximum flight range of 700km.
"Having seen enthusiastic reactions of the global engineering and design community, we accelerated the prototyping process.
"A lot of effort went into our new creation that marks a whole new era in personal transportation," said Juraj Vaculik, Co-Founder and CEO of AeroMobil.
Want to get your hands on one? According to The Telegraph, it is expected to cost £172,000 (S$355,000).
