Pitbull: Moving into movies?

International superstar Pitbull owes his big break in the movie business to his raw talent, global status and razor-sharp lyrics.

Oh, and he also owes a debt to a teenage girl. Specifically, Chloe, the daughter of Men In Black 3 director Barry Sonnenfeld, who told her father: "You've got to work with that guy!"

Pitbull delivers the signature track for the upcoming blockbuster movie, Men In Black 3, the latest instalment in the billion-dollar film franchise that sees Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones – and now Josh Brolin – protecting the earth from the scum of the universe. It opens here on May 24.

An ambassador for the Cuban community, Pitbull said he’s keen to someday put stories of other Cuban-Americans on the big screen.
