Has Pacific Plaza become a Michelin magnet?
Joining the starred ramen joint Tsuta is Hong Kong's Kam's Roast (Tel: 6836-7788). This is its first outlet outside Hong Kong.
Kam's has made it to the Michelin guide for the past three years and its reputation has ensured a steady queue since it opened last week.
One can understand why people would queue for the Toro Char Siu ($22.80).
The pork belly is slathered with a secret marinade and barbecued, and when eaten warm, is a delicious mix of fats and meat.
