I tried the Crab Meat Wonton Mee at a coffee shop at 560, MacPherson Road (Tel: 9125-5748) because it is a finalist in Singapore Food Masters 2016.
And now I understand why it got so many votes.
The crispy wonton (from $4) is made of crab meat, pork and shrimps. Each morsel is flavourful, succulent and crunchy enough to upstage the char siew.
The springiness of the noodles also elevated this dish.
Just one warning: Avoid the anaemic iced coffee. You're better off drinking water.
