New Face 2015: Niqi Chass
Niqi Chass, 23
Niqi Chass used to be quite camera shy.
“I’ve always had an interest in modelling since my mid-teens, but I didn’t believe that I could model then,” she said.
“I had really bad acne so my confidence wasn’t there.”
Though she has overcome her doubts, Niqi, an executive assistant who hails from the United Kingdom, still prefers to be on the other side of the camera lens.
She enjoys photography and art.
“Art has been a part of my life ever since I could pick up a pencil.
“I’m constantly analysing my surroundings for interesting photographs or things that inspire me to sketch and paint in my free time,” she said.
OUTFIT: NEW LOOK
The 23-year-old’s favourite spot in Singapore is the ArtScience Museum.
“It’s a stunning building and has a picturesque lily pond surrounding it. It houses some amazing works, and I love the concept of pairing art and science together in a museum space, as they really go hand in hand."
