Hunger games prequel ?
There may be more The Hunger Games movies on the horizon.
Director Francis Lawrence told Entertainment Weeklya prequel might be in the works, focusing on the world of Panem before the creation of the Hunger Games.
However, protagonist Katniss Everdeen won't be returning.
Lawrence said: "We've reached the end of Katniss' story. I think that (author) Suzanne (Collins) has created such an iconic character, and I think she's the main reason why everyone comes back to these stories. Now, that's come to an end."
The journey has indeed come to an end.
