Madonna's Singapore concert rated R18, most expensive tickets at $1288

There may be no reason to worry about Madonna toning down her act for her upcoming Singapore concert.

Her Feb 28 concert at the National Stadium will be rated R18 with a consumer advisory on "sexual references", according to a release by concert organisers Mediacorp VizPro.

This means only those aged 18 and above will be permitted into the venue.

Tickets are priced between $108 and $1288 (VIP).

Tickets will go on sale for the public on Jan 12 at 10am at www.sportshubtix.com.

But members of Madonna's official Icon fan club (get access here) will have access to a pre-sale from 10am on Jan 7 to 5pm on Jan 8.

Citi card members will have access to a pre-sale on Jan 9 and the pre-sale for OCBC card members will start on Jan 11.

In a five-star review of her concert at the O2 Arena in London last month, The Guardian described some of the set pieces in the show as "blasphemous" and the singer herself as "a little too obsessed with sex".
