J.Lo, Miranda perform for Pulse survivors
US singer Jennifer Lopez and US Broadway star Lin-Manuel Miranda performed their new tribute single, Love Make The World Go Round, live for the first time on the Today show on Monday.
And they did so in front of a special audience: survivors of the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting and family members of the victims.
Lopez, 46, said in an interview with Today: "I've had (this song) for maybe eight months, and I love the hook. When everything happened in Orlando, I kind of heard it in a different way, and I was like, 'The world needs this right now, the world really needs the message of love being the answer.'"
