Singapore’s newest music & arts festival, Neon Lights, is here, promising fun for the whole family.
Catch a slew of international acts such as US alternative rockers Mercury Rev, acclaimed singer-songwriter Damien Rice, and French cover band Nouvelle Vague across two days on Nov 28 and Nov 29, 1pm, at Fort Canning Green & Gate.
