Baihakki Khaizan claims to be only 80 per cent fit.
But Kelantan strikers should take heed as the LionsXII centreback looked sharp on the ball and was back to his towering best during the 90-minute training session at the Jalan Besar Stadium last night.
Baihakki’s return to full fitness comes as a huge boost for the LionsXII as they prepare for Friday’s top-of-the-table clash with Malaysian Super League (MSL) defending champions Kelantan in Kota Baru.
The match, though, will come too soon for Khairul Amri, even though the striker made his long-awaited LionsXII debut in Saturday’s 4-3 friendly win against Johor FA.
