Temasek Polytechnic student Lisah Suhaimi, 19, is a singer. She has even been the opening act for Malaysian band Yuna at The Arts House.

And it's all credit to her dad.

"My dad has a band but he also does freelance coaching for other bands," she said.

The 19-year-old has been singing for two years and finds it refreshing.
