Jayley Woo, 19

JAYLEY treasures her family very much.

Her dad is working as a construction supervisor in Dhaka and only comes home once or twice a month.

When her dad returns, her family gather together for a good meal and a movie so they can have some family time. Jayley, 19, said: "He intends to continue until my sister and I are financially independent.

"It really makes me feel like starting work earlier but our parents want us to complete our studies first."

She admits that she feels lonely due to the lack of a father figure. However, she has her mother and twin sister to keep her company.

"I'm closest to my sister.

"We're twins so we just understand each other and relate to each other easily."

Jayley also confesses that her mother is the most important person in her life and she gets emotional when she imagines life without her. "As much as we don't communicate often, I care a lot for her.

"I don't know what I would do without her."
