AUDREY looks feminine, but she is one tough woman.
The self-confessed tomboy even considered signing on for national service.
“I wore baggy pants, T-shirts and sports shoes. My dressing was more masculine and back then, I thought I looked normal.
“Now, I feel disgusted about how nonchalant I was with what I wore,” she said.
Though she’s more girly and has a more feminine dress sense now, she still has her inner tomboy and it manifests itself in her love for sport.
A touch football player for five years, Audrey has endured multiple injuries, including dislocations.
Three months ago, she suffered a corneal abrasion. Despite that, the strong lass continued her game.
“I could barely open my eye and the searing pain was all I could think about.
“But I quickly found tape and gauze and taped my eye down.
“Playing with one eye was... an eye-opening experience,” she laughed.
