Anxious messages flood MH17 crew's Facebook pages
Messages of hope have started flowing on Twitter and Facebook.
A post from the Instagram handle (@annerafdzi) uploaded a few hours after the shooting down of Malaysian Airlines MH Flight 17 shows a spreadsheet with the manifest of the plane that was heading to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Malaysian airliner was carrying 280 passengers and 15 crew, who are named in the list below.
Angeline Premila, the last name on the flight crew manifest, is just in her midtwenties, reported The Star Online.
Our hearts went out to the Klang-born crew member's family, friends and colleagues who posted messages of hope on her Facebook account.
The Boeing 777 departed Amsterdam at 12.15pm (Amsterdam local time) and was supposed to arrive in Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 6.10 am (Malaysian Time), according to an official statement from Malaysian Airlines posted on their Facebook page.
Another MAS crew member Shazana Salleh's Facebook page was filled with prayers and messages of grief.
