A week ago, local actress Fann Wong told The New Paper that she wishes her husband would realise that their son Zed is barely five months old.
"He's always talking about taking the boy to the golf course, to the gym and even for swimming," she said.
Her actor husband Christopher Lee, 43, retorted: "And everything she does now is for Zed."
It's no wonder, because their first-born seems larger than life.
For one thing, Zed was a National Day baby.
The 2.82kg boy arrived two days ahead of his due date and his birth was announced on his proud parents' Facebook and Instagram accounts, minutes after the National Day Parade ended.
His dad calls him his lucky charm, following his win at the 49th Golden Bell Awards in October.
The baby's poop had splattered all over his shirt the day before Lee received the Best Actor award for hit Taiwanese drama A Good Wife (2013) at Taiwan's equivalent of the Emmy Awards. It was his first acting accolade outside of Singapore.
Little Zed has become something of a celebrity himself.
He has hundreds of fans, thanks to his mum posting photos of him regularly on her Instagram, Facebook wall and fan site.
And perhaps, his parents are his good luck charms, too.
Zed took the Cutest Celeb Baby award at The New Paper Flame Awards 2014, winning with 2,262 votes.
