Caught on camera: Dramatic rescue of falling baby
Amazing footage of a passerby catching a falling baby in his arms in Guandong province, China, has hit the Internet.
Sky News reported that the passer-by only known as Mr Li said that he was preparing himself to catch the baby the moment he noticed that the baby was in trouble.
In the video, we see a Mr Li first running across a small street to stand in the pouring rain with his arms outstretched as the baby began to fall.
Sky News reported that Mr Li said: "I didn't think too much at the time."
"I was just afraid of failing to catch him. Some people put down cardboard to avoid serious injuries to the baby if I failed to catch him."
