China students caught hiring others to take exam for them

An expose by China Central Television uncovered a scam involving the country's college entrance exam.
Education authorities from Henan province admitted that at least 127 students had hired other people to take the exam for them. They have pledged a full investigation into the matter.
The South China Morning Post reported that several invigilators and parents of at least two students have been detained.
In the undercover report, a "fixer" would recruit university students as test-takers, and claimed some of his clients included rich families and senior local Henan government officials.
