Cut supply of goods to errant retailers
I have stopped shopping at Sim Lim Square.
It may offer better deals on some IT products at times, but the savings, if any, are not worth the risk of getting conned - I would rather shop elsewhere.
I feel bad for the foreigners who may not know this and their experiences put Singapore in a bad light.
The management says it cannot do much, but perhaps it can work with the Consumers Association of Singapore and product providers.
Repeated reports of such errant behaviour cannot be good for the brands these retailers offer. And the manufacturers should simply stop supplying goods to them.
