Death threat made against PM Lee

Police reports have been lodged after an alleged threat was made against Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

On Feb 6, on the Facebook page of netizen GM Pheonix, PM Lee was tagged to a photo of a bullet, along with a death threat.

The same post also alleged that a bomb had been left in Changi Airport, reported Channel News Asia on its website.

The post, which was still available at 10pm last night, had received 164 likes and 407 shares.

It also drew 157 comments, mostly warning the netizen that he was committing a crime.

A police spokesman said they were investigating the matter.
