Display notice of complaints in shop windows

I am writing about the reports on the unfair practices of Sim Lim Square retailers.

I have the following suggestions.

First, in addition to notices in the mall, warning of shops against which there are complaints, there should be a notice put up on any shop against which there has been a ruling by a court or the Small Claims Tribunal.

This should be displayed prominently on the window of the shop itself, for six months or more.

And it should remain, whoever operates that shop. This will force the owner or landlord to ensure that the shop does not use such practices.

If there are repeated court rulings, the shop should be closed for a specified period.
