Caroline Chia, 34, has been a photojournalist with The Straits Times for close to 10 years. She developed an interest in photography after learning to process her photos in a darkroom in school. She has recently been spending more time in pools and the sea doing underwater photography.

Ernest Goh, 34, is a photographer and visual artist. His current focus on the natural world has led to The Fish Book, a whimsical study of ornamental fish bred in Singapore. Following that in 2013, he presented Cocks, a book depicting supermodels of the chicken world. His work can be found at

Gavin Foo, 34, has been a photojournalist with The New Paper since 2006. He first picked up a camera in 2003. After graduating from NTU's School of Computer Engineering in 2005, he made a career switch and has not looked back. He believes that without passion, the photographs taken will have no emotion.
