Edwin Koo, 36, is an independent documentary photographer. His long-term projects span topics such as the Tibetans, Nepal's Maoist guerrillas and Pakistan's Swat Valley.  He has published a photographic monograph Paradise (, which is available in major bookstores.

Jonathan Choo, 57, is an executive photojournalist with The New Paper. In his 33 years with Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), he has covered major events such as the hijacking of SQ117, the Fiji coup and post-tsunami Aceh and Sri Lanka. His photos of the Little India riots won awards from the Society of News Design and Society of Publishers Asia, as well as SPH's News Picture of the Year 2013.
