Man, 64, found dead in car at Toa Payoh

A 64-year-old man was found dead in a car at Block 21, Toa Payoh Lorong 7.
A by-stander said he saw the car door was ajar and the man was collapsed to his left side in the car.
The man's son and daughter-in-law were at the scene when the undertaker took the body away.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force received a call at 6.58am.
But the man was already dead when the paramedics arrived.
