Man being investigated for taking upskirt photo at Commonwealth MRT

A man, 37, is being investigated for taking an upskirt photo of a 31-year-old woman.
The suspect placed his mobile phone under her skirt from behind as the victim was going up the escalator at Commonwealth MRT station.
When she noticed this, the woman shouted for help. The suspect fled from the scene.
The suspect was found after intensive enquiries and review of footage from police cameras by Queenstown NPC Crime Strike Force officers.
Investigations are ongoing.
If convicted, the suspect may be imprisoned for up to one year, or have to pay a fine, or both.
