M'sian teen couple ram cars after they are caught having sex
A teenage couple’s late night rendezvous ended after they were arrested for ramming their vehicle into several cars.
The pair had been trying to escape authorities after they were caught having sex in a car.
Petaling Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Azmi Abu Kassim said the suspects, both 17, were seen acting suspiciously in a blue car and were approached by a patrol team at about 10.30pm on Tuesday near Kota Damansara.
He said: "The driver had parked the car at a dark, deserted industrial place.
"Sensing that something was amiss, our men approached the teenagers but they immediately sped off when they were asked to step out of the car."
High-speed chase
A high-speed chase ensued with several cars being damaged during the incident. The chase ended about an hour later near the Damansara toll plaza when the teen's car crashed into another vehicle.
Asst Comm Azmi said the suspects were arrested immediately at the scene.
He said: "They suffered minor injuries and were sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital for treatment before being sent to the Shah Alam central lock-up."
The teens are being investigated for dangerous driving and obstructing a public servant from performing his duty.
