NYC man suing the city, businesses, people for 2 undecillion $$

This article is more than 12 months old

A man from Manhattan is suing New York City, two local hospitals, NYC Transit, Au Bon Pain bakery and a dog owner for two undecillion dollars.

Undecillion. You read correctly.

We had to look up the word too.

It's so many zeros - $2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 - we still don't really know how much money that really is. If you wrap your head around that, it is one trillion x one trillion, times one trillion x 2. (We hope we got it right!)

The man, Anton Purisima, filed the lawsuit in April after his middle finger was allegedly bitten by a "rabies infected" dog on a city bus. His accusations against the many defendants cited his claim include just about everything under the sun from unauthorised photos taken of him at a hospital to civil rights violations and murder.

Apparently, this isn't the first time this 62-year-old man his filed a lawsuit. According to report in Time.com, others who've been sued by Purisima include China - yes, the country People's Republic of China - and Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, Wachovia, among other major banks.

But this suit though, is probably the most ridiculous of them all.
