Dog owner bites teen's ear for kicking poodle
A woman in Heilongjiang, China, nearly bit off the left ear of a 17-year-old girl who kicked her dog.
Doctors were later able to reattach Zhou Shuang’s ear, although the torn bit of flesh had turned black, Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported.
Shuang was walking home in the evening last Wednesday (Aug 5) when she saw the woman, said to be in her 40s, strolling with a poodle from the opposite direction.
The dog suddenly ran toward her and the stunned teenager kicked the dog.
Argument
An argument then ensued before the woman flew into a rage and bit the girl’s left ear.
Seeing blood coming out from Shuang’s ear, the woman fled.
The girl decided not to give chase and was taken to a nearby hospital, The Star reported.
Her mother has since lodged a police report and distributed flyers in the neighbourhood in search of the attacker.
