Woman jailed for making 'loud sex noises'
There are noisy neighbours, and then there is Ms Gemma Wale.
The woman from Birmingham, United Kingdom was sent to jail for two weeks for breaching a court order that bars her from causing a nuisance to her neighbours.
How did she breach it?
By having really loud sex.
She was found by Judge Emma Kelly from the Birmingham County court to have been in breach of an anti-social behaviour order - imposed by a separate judge earlier in January - by "making loud sex noises" at about 5am on Jan 29.
Birmingham Mail reported that the session lasted all of 10 mins
On top of the loud love-making sessions, she was also found to have breached the order by arguing with her boyfriend, swearing at her neighbour, "banging around the house" and "running around in the property."
Judge Kelly said: ‘In light of the amount of breaches found, the lack of remorse and the defendant’s attendance at court literally days before half of these breaches … an immediate term of imprisonment is justified.’
Wale was jailed on May 12 and has since been been released reported The Daily Mail.
Let's hope her next neighbours won't have to put up with the surround sound experience anytime soon.
