M'sia PM down with E.coli infection after visiting flood-affected areas

Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak has come down with an E.coli infection after visiting flood-affected areas in the country.
He is being treated and will return to his duties after a short break.
Mr Najib tweeted that he will continue to oversee the flood relief efforts.
E.coli or the Escherichia coli (E.coli) is a bacteria widely found in the human intestine. It is usually transmitted through exposure with contaminated water or food.
Although most strains are harmless, certain strains can cause mild to severe food poisoning symptoms.
