WENTZ, GIRLFRIEND EXPECTING FIRST CHILD
Pete Wentz is going to be a daddy for the second time.
The 34-year-old bassist of US rock band Fall Out Boy and his girlfriend of nearly three years, US model Meagan Camper, 24, are expecting their first child together, he announced on his Instagram account on Monday.
Wentz is already dad to son Bronx, five, with former wife Ashlee Simpson, whom he divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage.
MULLIGAN HEADING TO WEST END
Carey Mulligan is heading to the West End in June for Skylight, a play about two former lovers reunited for one night.
The 28-year-old British actress will share the stage with veteran Brit actor Bill Nighy.
Skylight marks the first West End starring role for the Oscar-nominated Mulligan, who last appeared on the London stage in an off-West End production of The Seagull in 2007, which was later transferred to Broadway.
DEPP RECEIVES SPECIAL HONOUR
This is one award that's a long time coming.
Johnny Depp, who has always been celebrated for creating unique looks for his movie roles, was honoured at the 2014 Make-Up Artists And Hair Stylists Guild Awards last Saturday, with the first Distinguished Artisan Award for his work in films like Edward Scissorhands, Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, and Alice In Wonderland.
"This is a great honour, but (as) I was occasionally glancing at the screen (during a career-spanning montage), I realised what a ridiculous thing I've done," the 50-year-old US actor joked in his acceptance speech. "I mean, seriously. Why are they still giving me jobs?"
HIS PANTS ALMOST BURST AT SEAMS
Bradley Cooper, 39, has less than a month to get a new suit for the Oscars.
The US actor, who's up for best supporting actor for American Hustle, recently shared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show how his tuxedo pants almost burst at the seams while he attended a State Dinner at the White House.
"I'm prepping for a new movie and I'm trying to gain weight fast, so I've gained about 15 pounds (6.8kg) in four weeks and nothing fits me any more," said Cooper, adding that he tried his best to greet people while staying seated.
"I couldn't stand up, really...it was a nightmare. But I made it through."
LIL' KIM HAVING A BABY
Lil' Kim is pregnant with her first child.
The 39-year-old US rapper announced the good news during the recent MAC Cosmetics and The Blonds Fashion Week after-party in New York City, but declined to reveal the identity of the father.
"I'm still going to work," she told Us Weekly.
"I'm still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast!"
