Sex toy stuck in woman's vagina for 10 years

Staff at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary treated a woman who was found to be suffering from sepsis and severe weight loss.

Upon examination, they found a sex toy stuck in her vagina and it has been stuck there for 10 years, Huffington Post reported.

Measuring five inches, the sex toy was found to be pressing against her bladder.

This caused her to suffer from a rare condition called vesicovaginal fistula, where her urine flowed into the vagina.

This then led to a blockage in her bladder which ultimately caused urine to collect in her kidneys.

The case was rare enough that the doctors reported it to the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

The woman said that she recalled inserting the sex toy with a partner 10 years ago but could not remember if she removed it.

Tip: If you insert something in your body, please remember if you have removed it. Use a post-it note or something.
